I got my DreamScreen 4K yesterday and got it all hooked up and have to say I'm super impressed. Better than expected.
I did find one small minor issue though with trying to get the colors on the screen to line up with the LEDs.
Suggestion 1:
I have an OLED65B6. At the bottom there's no where to run the LED lights right on the screen.
You have to put in on the housing the "bumps" out from the back of the screen that's holding all the electronics.
Which means I have more LEDs on the bottom (because they travel along an extended housing at the back) than the top (which are directly against the screen).
This means I can't get the LEDs to line up perfect with the image. I'm about 2-3" offset.
It would be nice to have separate LED counts for the Top/Bottom & Right/Left to compensate for TVs that have odd shaped backs.
Suggestion 2:
Also, because of the odd shaped back AND the flex connector the first LED doesn't start in the corner. It's starting about 2" in from the side (I run across the bottom first).
It would also be nice to have a adjustable starting LED offset so you could make that first LED match the color that's say 2" inbound from the side.
Suggestion 3:
Having a proper test pattern with thinnish color lines to fine tune the LED alignment with the 2 additions I'd think would allow you for perfect alignment.
Suggestion 4:
Not related to the above but I'd like left/right or up/down arrows with number representation for the RGB color saturation.
I found something that seemed to work well to make white on my beige wall but then after a bit more playing I couldn't get back to it.
Love the product so far. Keep up the great work!
