Hi!
I recieved my dreamscreen 4k last week. Plugged it in but can't get it to work at all in videomode. I get no signal at all to my tv.
I tried replacing the hdmi cable to several different ones (even to a Hdmi 2.0 for 4k) but that doesn't change anything. Tried things I've read here but no luck so far.
The tv that I have is LG UH615V.
Any suggestions?

What source or sources have you tried through the DS4K to the LG tv?

What source or sources have you tried through the DS4K to the LG tv? I have tried hdmi direct from the DS to TV and to the DS I have my cable box and chromecast. None of them are working |

Did you also replace the HDMI cable that came in the box? Is it the newer ChromeCast Ultra or one of the originals?

I am having the same issue. All the LEDs work but no video, just a black screen. I told Google assistant to play a video and the LEDs react to that video, so I know it's talking but I never get an image. I also tried switching the HDMI cable with a new one, no change.

i have this problem once in a while and doing a software restart fixes it every time.
