Sorted it Dreamscreen needs to be connected to a tv to get edid info So connecting it to 2nd hdmi from av amp produced no hdr edid Connecting it to av amp and a spare hdmi input on the tv gives it edid of tv Connections are now
Avr hdmi 1 to tv tv hdmi 2 arc (for viewing) avr hdmi 2 to dreamscreen hdmi 2 Dreamscreen to tv hdmi 1 Turn off all Cec in dreamscreen app
It means 2 hdmi to tv but no more pass through issues

I have a feeling you could ditch the DS To TV HDMI. I doubt it's doing anything, just an extra cable plugged in.

Having some issues using the second output from my Denon X2500h, works fine in duel output mode for most of my equipment, but my Humax Sat box will not work in dual output mode with the DS Solo plugged in.
The Humax box will not give a stable HDMI connection and after a lot of testing found the DS Solo to be the culprit, unplug the DS HDMI Lead and the Humax work fine, plug the DS back in and the HDMI connection to the Humax box breaks!
I ended up switching the Denon to Single HDMI out and not using the DS with the Humax, and then switching to dual mode to use the DS with other equipment.
I suspect the reason DS is no more is due to the technical hurdles of getting this thing stable, it really is so unreliable and not really worth the headache just to enjoy a few lights.
