hi i bought the dreamscreen a half year ago i have no phone. so i used the iphone from my ex to get the app and set everything up!
shortly after me and my ex broke up... i always used the buttons to switch... it was kind of laggy...
i finally got me a iphone again today and downloaded the app!
but i dont know why i cant get the app working... it always tells me to connect to the dreamcsreeen wifi hotspot... i tried everything.. plugin it in and out , plugin the router in and out...
when the router is pluged out i can connect to the dreamcreen but its load for a short time and then it just goes back to the beginning where it says wifi not connected?
is there a way to hardreset the device?
this is really f rustrating...

Reset can only be done through the software to my knowledge.

You need to search in your WiFi settings on iPhone you will see DreamScreen name click on that to set up

I have ios 13 and it doesn't work. I updated to the beta version just to try and fix my dreamscreen app, and it still doesn't connect.

i have ios13 too and it dont works... this really sucks i think i will open up the device maybe we lucky and there is a usb port or whatever...

This worked for me on iOS 13.2
-disable mobile data and Bluetooth
-disconnect and ignore your own home WiFi network
-quit DreamScreen app in the appswitcher
-disconnect and reconnect DreamScreen’s power supply
-connect to the DreamScreen‘s WiFi network which is shown after you plugged in the power supply again
-Wait until your iOS device is really connected to the DreamScreen WiFi network (WiFi Symbol in Status Bar at the top)
-Open DreamScreen App
DreamScreen should reconnect automatically as mine did
