hi,
sorry for my bad english.
how can i make an factory Reset? because i have an new Router, also a new W-Lan Network. i can't find my Dreamscreen in my new W-Lan, and i can't find a WLAN named Dreamscreen.
please Help me.

Temporarily unplug the router that DreamScreen is originally connected to, and then power cycle the DreamScreen hub - this will cause DreamScreen to display its "DreamScreen1234" and wait to be connected to the new network.

I am not sure I understand your last statement correctly. But the Factory Reset feature does indeed reset all Settings back to Default.
To set the number of LEDs you have installed, go to Settings > Installation Settings. There you can select Classic, Mega, Xtreme, or DIY. If you installed a set of DIY LEDs, then the DIY setting allows you to configure the quantity of LEDs installed and their orientation.

yes that is possible, my english is not perfect.
Now I understand, my router may not send wlan. then unplug dreamscreen and then all settings are reset.

I bought the dream screen kit 4k 2 flex up to 130' TV. This item cost me USD$304.99 This was a Christmas Gift for a family and won't even turn ON. Please Assist for a replacement.
