I was told that there are 24 LED's per meter and are of the same quality as the retro-fit LED's. No specifics though. Agreed, should be much more detailed information on the site without searching the forums and the internet. BTW average 70" tv is about 190" +- around the perimeter which adds up to a little less than 5 meters.

WS2813, 24 LED/m, 5 meters length, total 120 LEDs thanks - I would really suggest to add that to the website and the manual BTW your kickstarter page is also outdated - it says here /description Shout out to all you Do it Yourselfers, we present, DreamScreen DIY. The DIY cord has access to GND, DATA and 5V. Each DIY cord can support 150 individually addressable LEDs. With two LED Ouptuts on each hub, connect up to 300 LEDs for your DIY experience. Each DIY kit ships with one DIY Cord.
and about the Flex LEDs The Flex LEDs have an addressable LED about every inch apart. This equates to about 150 LEDs on a 70 inch television. If you want even higher densities, third party LED strips can be used with the DIY kit for even higher brightness and resolution.
Also I dont see how the math works out when 2x 16.5 feet is ony over 30 feet ...
Our backers requested a way to extend the size of DreamScreen to over 80'' - Challenge Accepted! Meet DreamScreen FLEX - with over 16 1/2 feet of LEDs included, you can now hook up ridiculously large TVs and Projector Screens and get that Awesome DreamScreen Experience! PLUS - you can add an entire extra set of LEDs for a combined total of over 30 feet (up to 130'' TVs) of awesomeness! Each Flex reel contains 150 Individually addressable LEDs that are spaced 1.3 inches from each other.

Sorry to hijack this thread but I am looking ot buy a DreamScreen for my 75" TV. However, the kits come for 70" or 130". Will a 70" work with my 75" TV? I am guessing I can just mount the LED strips a little further in from the edge?
Many Thanks

"Ideally, the 2 Flex. But it's possible that your TV would be fine with just one depending on the specific model and how far away from the edge you place your LEDs."
