Hi, because I swapped out a defective led strip I wanted to do initial setup again, since I don't own the same phone anymore as I used to do the first initial setup with I downloaded the app again, factory resetted the dreamscreen (network shows up as dreamscreen 3234) and tried pairing. It first tries to connect, wants to save my ssid and password from my router, wraps a few things up, and... Not showing up... Still visible as dreamscreen 3234... Tried unplugging the dreamscreen Tried unplugging the dreamscreen and plugging back in while keeping my router unplugged (factory reset, I read)... Tried circumventing my router by using a spare phone and setting it up as a 4g hotspot
Any further suggestions?

I found my old iPhone that hasn’t been updated to iOS 13 and downloaded the DreamScreen app on there and was able to set-up WiFi and is now working and using new iPhone with 13 confirmed its latched onto WiFi and working. Hope this helps for anyone in same jam.

The issue Is newest firmware update on your devices. DreamScreen I hitting down and stopped supporting its system so it’s not compatible with updates.

This worked for me on iOS 13.2
-disable mobile data and Bluetooth -disconnect and ignore your own home WiFi network -quit DreamScreen app in the appswitcher -disconnect and reconnect DreamScreen’s power supply -connect to the DreamScreen‘s WiFi network which is shown after you plugged in the power supply again -Wait until your iOS device is really connected to the DreamScreen WiFi network (WiFi Symbol in Status Bar at the top) -Open DreamScreen App
DreamScreen should reconnect automatically as mine did Good Luck!
