hello DreamScreen team, since a while both DreamScreen are not doing well anymore. the problems started spontaneously with one DreamScreen and a few weeks later the other DreamScreen as well. I have sent some pictures. all LEDs no longer light up, factory reset etc has not offered any help. I would like to appeal to the warranty. like your response and how to proceed? can I return them for repair?

I'm not sure these guys are actively maintaining this product any more? My DIY dream screen stopped functioning too. Only the top row of lights now light up. None of the modes work, ambient, HDMI out, or music. I think quality control on this product is probably really poor. 😒
