usually you are supposed to use DI - in like input :-) DO gets connected to DI of the next strip

you're welcome since others here are looking for LED strip recommendations - could you post a link where you bought them and if you are satisfied with the quality and brightness P.S.: Frohe Weihnachten nach München :-)

sorry for the late reply. I spent a lot of time configuring Dreamscreen... First I had the WS2813. Unfortunately, there were errors like flickering or single LED's hanging on the yellow color without switching. Then I switched to SK6812. The performance is great. No more bugs but the colors and brightness were a lot better with WS2813.

Hi all,
I am in the same issue there, Just bought the DreamScreen 4K DIY coupled with WS2813 ledstrip. I connected the system with Green & Yellow shunted together into DOUT to get something acceptable.
It works, BUT ! There's this blueish surrounding and not pure white as expected on Video mode. How is that explained ? I tried to change settings in video saturation but no good rendering.
Secondly when trying to set ambiance mode to white color and high rate of brightness, the led strip start from blueish white to yellowish white. (this color change is not so obvious at lower rates)
Is there a way to get rid of those issues ?
Thanks

How many LEDs are you using? It sounds like this could be an issue with voltage drop along the strip.

That is typically an issue with voltage drop if you see the color white change like that along the strip. What is the type of LED you are using?

As mentioned upper, ws2813 are used I guess that I have to divide the strips to get homogeneous colors.
What about the blue issue with ws2813 ?? There's a difference between compatible as described on your product and works but colors are altered. Please advise.
Thanks
