Dear ladies and gentlemen,
unfortunately I had a quite long discussion about my DS 4k, which is faulty. I tested with a DS 4k of a friend, which showed me, that mine is obviously defect. Support (Victor Petersen) offered me to replace the unit. While testing my friend's unit it showed me strange colors with Netflix. It came out that DS 4k is not capable of supporting Dolby Vision which is my main source of videos.
After asking about a refund because it is nowhere clearly mentioned that Dolby Vision is not supported I can't reach support anymore. Several tries lead to no response so in my despair I am asking here officially the support - perhaps Victor? - to get into discussion with me about how to overcome this problem.
Please let me know how I can have someone at DreamScreen seriously taking care about my - a customer's - problems.

They are still replying but it takes weeks at times.

I guess they all have other jobs now and DS takes a back seat, they get to do support if and when they can!
