a very strange situation, i was seeing a movie in 1080p resolution on my mediaplayer connected to my dreamscreen when i changed the resolution on the fly since the mediplayer can change the resolution on the fly from 480i to 4k at60fps,
when i push the button in the control to change the resolution, the lightstrip dreamscreen starts to blink, the image goes black the sound still alive.
i finally see that the video from the hdmi dont works, i tried a factory restart, change cables, connect to different inputs and nothing work
the mediaplayer company was very kind to replace me the mainboard since it seem it was damaged (i sent the faulty motherboard to them)
now im afraid of connect again the mediaplayer to the dreamscreen and have a similar problem, a pity since i love how dreamscreen enhance the concerts and movies in the tv
hope anyone knows if was problem from my mediaplayer or the dreamscreen hub, please share your findings in similar situations
