I think that is where I am sitting as well, the 4:4:4 vs the 4:2:0. I honestly have tabled the project for a bit since some other stuff came up, but this is back to being worked on. Im going to set everythign in the chain to 4:2:0, and see what happens. And then try the beta firmware if I can get it and see if that makes a difference. In another post of mine on the forum. I fixed everything. Got 4k rgb on my ps4 pro. Even dolby vision on my apple tv 4k. Turns out it like mentioned tons of times on the forum it is the hdmi cables. And i tried a lot of them certified cables and everything. So thats why i stopped trying. Eventually i tried going my devices>dreamscreen>denon>tv instead of the dreamscreen behind the denon. Everything worked. But then i noticed i used diffrent cables just for the quick testing. I used hdmi cables that came with my ps4 and nintendo switch. So i thought ah well lets give the old set up a try with these cables. And everything worked. Unlucky for me a day later my output of the dreamscreen died😂 But there is replacement on the way. What cables and lengths?
