Hello, My setup is now connected but I have a problem with my TV player 4K. When I plug it on the TV, no problem, ARC works and I got image on TV.
When I plug throught my DS4K, my TV says no device connected... Any idea?
I got it work with my old TV player (HD only, not 4K) but I got ARC issues. Everything is connected right (ARC HDMI2 etc), and ARC work when plugged on TV and not throught my DS.
Thanks for your help. Loïc

Have you already tried changing the HDMI cables for other ones? What is the video source you're using with DreamScreen?

Thanks for your answer! My HDMI cables are brand new HDMI 2.0 I use the HDMI 2 (middle one) source only. connected to my amp only. All my stuff are connected on the AMp only. I'm going to try another cable right now EDIT: ok, I tried several HDMI cable, from TV to DS, and DS to AMP and nothing better. When I use 1 HDMI cable to connect Amp to TV, no problem... I think about use a HDMI splitter to connect DS and TV separately, but that's the last solution I will use, if after sale service doesn't work. The better is got my DS working... I tried the two other HDMI input of the DS and got the same problem... no video on my TV... I see screen flashing like got an information but nothing appear

What are the video sources that are plugged into the AVR and what brand and model of AVR is it?

my receiver is a Yamaha rx-a2060 and the devices plugged on it are a TV player 4k ( Freebox TV 4K) and a Nintendo Switch. I plan to put a Nvidia Shield on it. I will try in a few hours the HDR tone remapping but I think it was on. and sorry to post at the wrong place :/

Ok, my problem is half resolved. I got a panel with HDMI connector that allow me to plug my AVR in it and goes to my TV. I removed it and directly plug my AVR on the DS and it seems to work.
BUT !
Once connected, it stops a few minutes later, lost connection, all the led turns off. Connection between AVR and TV is lost, then come back a few seconds later. Black screen, and sometimes white screen with snow on it. When it comes white with snow, I got to unplug power plug and start again... I sometimes have the connection back and no colors on the led, they keep blue... I made videos to show you.

Ok seems there is a HDPC problem between DS and my AVR... (Yamaha RX-A2070) I plugged all my devices into DS (Shield, Switch etc) and connect the DS into the AVR, and AVR to the TV. No problem anymore, CEC works great, 4K and dolby atmos is perfect, no connection lost and I can get the audio mode activated as my amp didn't get me sound in my HDMI cable, now it's solve. Not the configuration I expected, but I still hope an update for this. This method is a good idea to fix AVR--> DS problems.
