Hey just wanted to ask, if there will be a new firmware for the 4k DS anytime soon?
Last one was August. As you can read here many people have problems with the device.
For me nearly everything works fine except 24hz mode on BluRays (screen stays black) and some rare black screens when switching refresh rate.
Would be nice to see that there is actually work done in background.

Bump. Its unbelieveable it been what 7 months or so since the last update.
All while there are still so many issues
Sidekicks dont respond like they should
Saturation is way too low in sdr.
And i see you talk about a lot qol things that are being looked into.
Like a hdr toggle in the widget etc.
Possible change in algorithm ? So the leds take data way closer to the edges of the screen ?
Why are the updates taking so long im all for patience but 7 months is way too long. Also some updates or feedback would be appreciated to all of us.
Like what is being tackled on the next firmware thats in the works, eta’s etc.
I think most of us love the concept of the product and its okay right now when it works. But if we all worked together it could end up being great!

Wow I guess I have never seen a company which is so bad at customer communication like this one here. Pretty sad as I really like the product, but I would like it even more without the many flaws and the knowledge that it will be some kind of future proof...

3/4 years no update firmere... 4K is much bugged and nothing customer care, ye only support say "all working ok", "wait wait wait"

Could you at least tell if there will be one final firmware update, like mentioned from a different source here before?
If this isn't the case I'm going to sell my unit because of the annoying bugs it sometimes has (black screen, no 24hz mode etc).
