Admins, Just got a replacement dreamscreen because my first one had broken output. So i have a new problem right now. Everything basiclly works perfectly on the tv even dolby vision. But sometimes my leds decide to turn of. Or only the top and left upperside and right upperside work. Which is even a weirder thing in itself. Dreamscreen is still on. Even the app says that. Switching from video to sleep/ambient and back to video fixes it. But this last hour it happend 3 times. The dreamscreen before this one never had that issue. Now my question. Anyway to fix this. Seems software sided thing from the dreamacreen itself. I noticed this dreamscreen is on firmware 1.6.5.7 my other one was on 1.6.5.6 if im not mistaken. Maybe a new bug. As im typing it happend again. And strangest thing is. Top leds still work. Buttom is off. And for the sides only the top half of the screen is working :s No Issues with HDR or DV? What cables and lengths are you using? I think this is because I have a minimum brightness level set. If I turn that setting off, they usually turn off after about 10 minutes. Any help with support? I am going to open a ticket

Just an update that I talked to support and they had me disable all CEC and HDP settings in the app and low and behold everything is working like a charm again. I went back in and started re-enabling one setting in the Advanced menu, one at a time. Current Advanced Settings in the app: - CEC Passthrough: OFF
- CEC Input Port Switching: ON
- HDP Enabling: ON
- USB Power Detect: OFF
- CEC Power Detect: ON
- HDR Tone Remapping: ON (Manually turn off from time to time)

But for now i have only swapped the cables between my avr and dreamscreen and the one between dreamscreen and tv mosi didnt work for me. Already tried that im getting another replacement though hope my problems are gone after that🤞🏻
