I had this thing all set up and working perfect. Come home today, and it won’t connect. I opened the app, and it says no devices found. So, I unplug it, plug it back in, and it broadcasts the WiFi signal, connect it with the app, it finds the WiFi, I enter the password, it shows communicating, and then goes back to the “no devices found” screen. I’ve tried several times, even deleted the app, and reinstalled it. No luck. This is the second device I’ve had, and it’s proving to be much more hassle than it’s worth. If we can’t get this to work, for good, I want my money back.

I had loads of problems adding devices to mine (using Android phone). The first time I did it would just show communicating/sending/resending then back to the "no devices" screen.
No error, no logs that you can seemingly see to see what is wrong, nothing! It's frustrating. I tried with a different android device (tablet) and got it to work.
Then adding a sidekick it would not work at all on either device. I must have tried 20 to 30 times going between the 2 android devices repeating the above before it finally worked! I have no idea why it does not work sometimes but works other times, like I said there do not seem to be any visible logs or errors.
