In the beginning I hooked my Oppo straight into DS and passed through to tv worked perfect I loved it. Once the Reciever a Pioneer Elite flagship model was put into the picture I had nothing but problems I had to change settings on some devices just to use them and other did not work at all. Gave up just went with white backlighting because it just worked. Then the LED strips started to fall off and I had to get better 2 way tape and that was solved. Then my app could not find DS unless I unplug the power from DS and replug it in every time what a pain. Now I noticed today that all of my bottom LED strips are dead but one WTF nothing but problem after problem. Virtually no support from the DS people total crap and a waiste of money! Yea I have updated firmware and re inatalledvthe app a hundred times. I also have emailed a hungred times with zero responce from DS. I have had this POS LED lighting system for over a year and its time to make a change I guess. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED wit DS! Yea its a dream alright a nightmare. Nightmarescreen

Are you sure you’re emailing the right address? We answer all emails and don’t recall hearing from you regarding this. It sounds like the LEDs need to be configured in the DreamScreenTV App. To do this, please follow the instructions in this video to the end: youtu.be/_oPdJH2mz4s
