With no response, this is the 3rd day I have contacted them with having issues in connecting the device to my PC and working this with my TV.
Really disappointed as this unit is not cheap and to not have customer support to get this going is really disappointing.
I now have a device that I can only use a back light behind my TV and have spent hundreds on this device.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? I’m not sure if there is anything else I can do...
