So I finally got my DS4K working as it’s supposed to, but after a week or so of use, the last set of LEDs in the chain are no longer responsive. They flicker red in Video mode no matter what, and are multicolored in Ambient mode. They had been working fine. Tried factory reset to no avail. Is this just a case of it being broken or is there a fix?

It sounds like your LEDs still need to be configured in the Installation Settings of the DreamScreenTV App. This is a necessary step to get all the LEDs up and running. For more information on this, please watch the below video: youtu.be/_oPdJH2mz4sIf you've tried this already and made sure it's set correctly then it could be a hardware issue with the LEDs. If that is the case, please email us directly at info@DreamScreenTV.com and include a short video clip of your LEDs in Ambient Mode.
