Doesn't auto switch inputs. Have given up on that. I now have one input connected only, with USB to switch on/off. 10 seconds after turning everything off, the LEDS turn back on. This product is useless in a family environment. Had an arduino with ambilight working perfectly for KODI before this. Wanted something that worked with multiple inputs which this product promised. Can't get it to work reliably with one input. Get your shit together.

Why doesn’t anyone reply to this?
I’ve had issues with this also.

If wished you can contact us for a refund. I am willing to help troubleshoot here or if you open a formal support ticket at dreamscreentv.com/contact you can receive help there. However, I hope not to come off as snobby but it's hard to help people with a rude demeanor.
Can you tell me what model DreamScreen you have and its firmware version? What HDMI source are you using? In addition, can you confirm that the USB port of the TV is indeed staying off when the TV is off, and not coming back on after 10 seconds? You can test this by plugging something else into the TV's USB port (EG phone, tablet) and then turning the TV off
