Hi, I recently purchased the DreamScreen 4K kit a month ago and have had it running for about two week now without issues. All correctly configured for my TV size and looks great. When I turned on my TV last night, I noticed only two sides of the TV were lighting up. The right hand side and the bottom (when looking at the TV from the front). I double checked that the left and top zones weren't turned off for some reason and they were not. I performed a soft-reboot - no change. I shut everything off and disconnected from power for a few minutes - no change. Toggled between Ambient, Music and TV - no change Toggled between different input sources - no change Disconnected and reconnected HDMI - no change Looking at my TV from the back, the beginning of the light-strip starts in the bottom right corner and goes clockwise. The LEDs are working along the bottom of the TV and up the first side, and just after the top left corner there is a solder-joint point and everything after that point is dead. As you can see in the following image. I have the light-strip lightly attached to the back of my TV using light sticky-tape right now because I wanted to test first before permanently affixing the lights to the TV. Firmware Version is 1.6.5.7 Hope someone can help or advise if this is covered under warranty. Thanks, Thor

Since you’ve already checked all the settings, it looks like that solder joint may be bad and causing the rest of the LEDs not to work. If you send us an email directly we can replace them for you.
