Received DS yesterday. I have roku stick+ hdr going into ds and ds going to lg oled. Lights work in ambient and music mode. In video mode the lights start to work for a few seconds then the intermittent flickering starts. The flickering happens about every 5 seconds then after 4 or 5 flickers the leds stop changing and stay one shade.

If you go into Advanced Settings of the App and turn OFF all CEC and power-detect settings does that help?

It was the video cable. I bought a 4k cable and it worked. I have one more issue. The last quandrant of ds supplied leds stay on after power off. It's about a 2ft section at the end of the string.

Setting is for mega setup which reflects my 65 inch set. Any other suggestions? Thanks

This could indicate a hardware issue with the LEDs. Please contact us via email and we will provide a replacement if necessary.
