Hi guys,
Just got the dreamscreen 4k. and having issues. based in the uk, So have a satellite provider called sky tv
When the source thru the dreamscreen is my xbox it works perfectly. but when I change to sky tv it shows picture 1 second and then black screen the next - repeat repeat repeat
ive upgrade HDMI cables and tried a splitter with a amplifier but same issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also its an LG tv but given the xbox works fine it doesn't seem to matter what tv it is.
sky is currently a sky+hd but getting sky Q shortly

I don't know what video output settings/options the Sky box has, but I would start there and set to the lowest resolution setting, try that and work up the settings from there. If there is a choice of say 1080 and "Auto" do NOT select "Auto". I had similar problems with my PS4.
