I picked up my DS 4K kit 1 flex up to 70". I installed them today and notice the last 24" LEDs wont light up. I have even ran them in ambient mode at full blown and still the last 24 wont light up. Anyone ran into this issue?

It sounds like the LEDs still need to be configured in the DreamScreenTV App. To do this, please follow the instructions in this video to the end: youtu.be/_oPdJH2mz4sIf you are still having trouble please let me know. |
