Hello, I’ve set my DreamScreen up and was running fine, now when I own the app, the dream screen has disappeared and am unable to reconnect, have tried resisting the app and start fresh, still no success, reset my router and still no success..any suggestions before I go mental haha.

Is the indicator light on the Hub turning on when it's plugged in? Are you able to change the mode the Hub is in by pressing the buttons on the Hub?

Hi, yes the light is on when connected to power, also yes am able to change the modes on the hub it’s self, no life in the side kicks though lol

Did you get a solution to this? Also having the same issue and the light is on and I am able to change sources. I just want to connect it to my wifi but it always says something went wrong with set up... PLEASE.

New iOs App can’t see the DS. Use old version instead. Thank God i had never updated my iPad Mini - so the old DS App was there. Works fine...  |

I can't connect my DS to my wifi at all. It won't even show the device. I can find it in my phone bluetooth.but, I can not connect to it. It works manually and the DS stick and lights are working. I just can't connect it to my wifi. My model is dream screen mega.
