when connecting DirecTV via hdmi and in the cell application select the correct hdmi input source the image of the tv and lights flashes for a few seconds, it is not fluent. it is cut and it is impossible to watch the TV, problem ?

Please try the following steps to fix this issue: - Make sure all devices are manually set to 4K or 1080p 60 Hz and NOT "Auto."
- Turn off any "HDMI Processing" or "Upscaling" features of the AV Receiver if one is in use.
- Change HDMI cables connect to DreamScreen, including the one we sent in the box
- Look into the display settings of your devices and check to see if there is a different color output setting for your resolution and try those. (These will be something like 4-2-2 or 4-4-4)
- Go into the Advanced Settings of the DreamScreen TV app and turn OFF all power-detect and CEC settings temporarily. While off, test again.
