Hello,

I have bought a DreamScreen 4K DIY Kit and connected it to my Samsung QE75Q7FN TV. This Samsung TV has the one connect box with four HDMI Ports. From the DreamScreen box TV-HDMI port I have connected the HDMI cable included in the kit to one of the 4 HDMI ports of the Samsung connect box. Unfortunately when i switch to video mode, the leds don't light. In ambient mode the leds are OK. I tried to connect another HDMI cable, but the result is the same, the leds don't light. I have also tried to reset the Dreamscreen box. I red that the one connect box is compatible with the DreamScreen. Is there any impostation that I have to make on my TV?
Has anyone else had this type of problems?

What video source or sources are you using?

The dreamscreen can only work from video signals into it (say from a game console, PC, DVD player etc) which it will then pass to the TV. It cannot work from a TV alone. So for example, if you are trying to use a smart TV with it's Netflix app, the Dreamscreen cannot get the video signal from the TV as the TV has no video output so it will not work.

I have a Samsung one connect box on a UE55KS8000. Iv'e had various problems with the dreamscreen but nothing caused by the one connect box.

Source-DreamScreen-TV. Is this how you have it connected or are you trying to use the tv's internal apps like Netflix and Hulu, etc.?
