Dream Screen 4k issues continue no help offered now

Hi everyone,

I really hope someone can help me with an issue.

The DreamScreen 4K has been replaced however I still have multiple issues I’ve searched the forums for answers and no one really seems to have any.

1. The light boxes can be seen by the app by the main dream screen unit disappears. I have to add it again and then it says Successful but doesn’t show in the DreamScreen app. Sometime it will decide to show up but it’s very rare. This happens on the replacement unit too.

2. If i just try to use the unit without the app or if the app sees the unit I get flicking on and off on the screen I want to play games at 4k 60hertz but this seems to freak it out? Even at 50 hertz it’s does crazy screen flashing on and off. I’m using premium HDMI cables and my tv can display at 60hertz.

3. I can’t get to any of the settings because the 4k unit can never be seen in the app anymore.

I can’t get a refund and a replacement unit hasn’t fixed it. Should I be using dreamscreen solo ?
