Hi there
Dreamscreen just got kicked out of my wlan. It is absolutely not possible to get it to work again. If you disconnect the power you can see its own hotspot but you can only connect to it after lots of trys. After the setup (wrapping things up) it jumps back to "add device". No connection possible. Tried more than one phone. Wifi is Unifi 5Ghz only. I had no Problems in the past. Any Help?

Let me guess: IOS? Seems not to work anymore. I have to use Android - still OK there. It's a shame that support has been shutdown... *sigh*

Just use an iPhone or iPad that hasn't been updated, or any Android device.

This worked for me on iOS 13.2
-disable mobile data and Bluetooth -disconnect and ignore your own home WiFi network -quit DreamScreen app in the appswitcher -disconnect and reconnect DreamScreen’s power supply -connect to the DreamScreen‘s WiFi network which is shown after you plugged in the power supply again -Wait until your iOS device is really connected to the DreamScreen WiFi network (WiFi Symbol in Status Bar at the top) -Open DreamScreen App
DreamScreen should reconnect automatically as mine did Good Luck!

I had a similar issue where it wouldn’t connect, but once I had a 2.4 ghz network available it connected.
