My Dream Screen is not working. Is there really going to be a fix? I have read the problems that others are having and I concur that this is a huge issue. Please help your customers out. This is really inconvenient and prompts negative results by your company as customers have spent money and are now being ignored. I have all of the IOS update and the app crashes. Please provide a fix. Thank you

This is totally unacceptable that App wasn't updated for 2 years and it DOESN'T WORK since iOS 13 update which is few MONTHS!!! We as your customer deserve and demand your support! This is NOT an example of how a company should treat with its customers especially when such a lack of feedback and support is very easy to be heard across social media and give the company a VERY BAD reputation. Please fix this ASAP.
