Dear "DreamScreen".
We get it. You want to do other things. Great.
But don't screw over those of us who have given you our money for your products.
You say in your "we're quitting" message that existing customers can email you for support...but I get a bounceback when I try to email you for support.
This isn't cool.
I have a Dreamscreen 4k + Dreamscreen Connect in my basement, for which I bought 4x of the hue color changing bulbs, because your product would control them.
Only now, your product doesn't control them...
So, now I've got a glowy USB thing plugged in that doesn't do anything, and I can't reconnect it to my hue bridge, because I'm guessing something on your back-end has been turned off.
I'd really like to be able to use this product. Please either fix the backend and continue to provide service to keep the connect running, or consider open-sourcing the application so that perhaps your community can continue to keep the app working. If neither of these are possible, then at the very least, release whatever API documentation you have so maybe we can create our own apps.
