Hi
I just bought a new OLED 65 inches TV and i started from the beginning with 2 new led strips and my DS4K. I installed my 2 new led strips and configured the DS app. I selected Flex/DiY and put the right number of led for each side. but when i turned it on, only the LED2 is working, the LED1 strip is still off. I switched and connected LED2 to LED1 strip connector but the resultis till the same.

Have you selected Led 1 AND Led 2 in the app? You must select both when you connect both Led output.

Hi Meg !
And how can I do that?
- I'm on "installation settings"
- I select Flex/DIY
- I click on "edit" and select LED1 and enter the number of led for each side
- I select LED2 and enter the number of led for each side.
That's all

PS : when i plug an old led strip on LED1 and choose ambient mode, then both led strip turn on
