I've been experiencing issues with app since the 1st iOS13 update, DS splash screen does not appear and immediately says no DS detected set up . The only workaround that I've been using was to shut off phone and reboot same with ipad. Is there a better less time consuming fix? Thanks W

Unfortunately, the DS mobile app and the connection to DS device itself from the app is very unstable is IOS 13. This is mainly because of the way Ios13 now handles the wifi and hotspot connections. Since DS is no longer in production, I dont think that we will get a fix for this issue.
But the andriod version of the app still works without any issues. And once you setup DS from Andriod app, it will be listed in ios version as well. But again, ios app version is not going to be much stable.

Deactivating WiFi, Bluetooth and Mobile Network for a free seconds should be enough. Works for me every time
