Hello all! I've been using Dream Screen for a while. I LOVED the SD version. I bought the 4K version a while ago, but it's been in storage after not being able to get it to work properly. I brought it out again recently and have been having better luck, but there are some issues that is preventing a good experience.
I have the 4K version with the DIY light pack. The last quarter of my lights (strictly the bottom) are not working. If I turn them on, they flash on and off without any color. This is in both video and audio modes. In addition, blues are not selected at all when in video mode, and all of the lights will only go red or green, which throws everything off.
Any ideas out there? I've contacted support a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard anything.
