4k unit - we were finishing up a movie, and all of a sudden the movie started acting like it was a really bad buffering issue - screen went black and audio would come in for split seconds at a time - turns out the dreamscreen was flashing on and off. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, same thing. I unplugged it and moved the plug to a different outlet - same thing. I tried changing the modes on the unit - no luck. It keeps flashing off and on with the pinkish color LED.
Not sure what to do. Sucks that I can't get tech support or a replacement from them now.
