Just wanted to let you guys know, I think the Bluetooth connection being crappy might have something to do with android phones. On my one plus one sometimes works, mostly doesn't, doesn't matter how close I am. But with my iPad Pro, it works perfect with no problems.
I kind of agree. Apple has very tight control over iOS and the hardware that it runs. In the world of Android, every device is designed differently, and with something like Bluetooth that's very hardware dependent, the behavior varies. Your OPO is a perfect example as I have noticed turning WiFi off greatly increases the reliability of the Bluetooth stack. (They seemed to have fixed this quirk with their later phones.)
