Rickb, We are only accepting pre-orders through our official website since the KickStarter and IndieGoGo campaigns have ended. There is not an upgrade option posted there at this time, but we will post it in the near future, along with some other updates to our website. Thank you for your patience. I have a version 1 DreamScreen and enjoy it very much. But it's been starting to flake out on me recently by changing modes when I hit pause, or turning itself on when my a/v system is off. I missed the Kickstarter and IndieGoGo campaigns but I'd like to upgrade the hub to the new version. As of 8/8/17, there is still no option to upgrade just the hub on your website. When will this be available to your existing customers? |

In the near future we will be listing an "Upgrade" package on www.dreamscreentv.com/shop that will include everything you need except for the LEDs. We will be posting this item on the website after we make a few large updates to the site. The updates have taken longer than expected but we plan to launch them this month. If you would like to pay for the Upgrade before that happens for some reason, we can take a PayPal payment and make note of your order. The HD Upgrade Kit will retail for $90 and the 4K Upgrade Kit will retail for $175. |

Hi, as another original Kickstarter backer who missed the out on the 2nd Kickstarter, I too am anxiously awaiting upgrade options (in my case to the 4K for my new tv & PS4 Pro). Any update as to when they will be available?

Due to the hurricane season, work on the website was delayed and we weren't able to add the update the website as planned. We are still working on it and plan to get it live in early October. We apologize for the delay and can't wait to show off the updates to the site!
