Having an issue- with the video mode not syncing with the tv. Hdmi 1 and hdmi 2 wont work, hdmi 1 is connected to the cable tv while hdmi 2 is connected to my firestick. Its not greyed out like others have described, I can click on it, but nothing lights up. The ambient lighting works fine however.
Please help!

Having the same issue with mine. All thr emails I send to that address keep coming back as undeliverable

Hello,
My hub is not working anymore either. The light doesn't turn on anymore and neither my app can detect it.
I have the 4k wifi kit.
It was working before and then suddenly one day it stopped.
Anyone knows what happened? What can be done to repair it?
